National Science Day
A celebration of Science.
Background
IUCAA takes its research to the masses through an Open Day on February 28 every year. This day is also popularly recognised as National Science Day (NSD). Anyone can visit the campus to attend and participate in popular science exhibitions, lectures, demonstrations, screening of scientific films, Q&A sessions etc. Work at IUCAA is showcased through a poster exhibition. A sky watching session wraps it up.
For eighteen years now, IUCAA has been organising this programme regularly and we are happy to host various programmes for you. Do join us at IUCAA with your family & friends on February 28, 2012 for a day filled with intriguing and exciting demonstrations to educate and dazzle you.

- Sky Watching: Passes for this event will be available from 24th Feb, 9 am in the morning, at the IUCAA security counter. Please collect them directly as there are no reservations. Two passes will be given to each collecting person.
